Last week, we devoted quite a bit of time to discussing the idea of “Portland-ness.” I even had the chance to write a little something about my 17 years here on OurPDX. It had some of the underpinnings of the topic woven in a bit.
So, I decided to open up a little contest. I think that the definition of “Portland-ness” grows and changes and I’m curious to know what you think “Portland-ness” is all about. I invite you to post a comment to this post to share your thoughts.
Since it is a contest, there most certainly will be a prize. In this case, it will be a bag of coffee from one of our fine Portland coffee roasters. I’m still up in the air as to who it will be and what blend it will be — but I will pick one post at random at the end of next week (1/22) and that person will be the winner.
